PASCO
Project for an office, warehouse and commercial building, located on the edge of an industrial area in Águeda.
The proposed solution envisages the construction of a three-storey building, with a frontage of approximately 120 m, parallel to the main street and with the necessary distances for car parking; in this building, the commercial areas and access to the two upper floors, which are offices, are distributed along the ground floor and under a covered gallery.
In this front, with a strong urban expression, which ends with the attached warehouses at the back, with vehicle access via a projected street that runs around the boundaries of the land, a portico is created consisting of rectangular pillars (30 x 60 cm) perpendicular to the street, giving greater depth to the elevation plans.
