PRF, S.A. HEADQUARTERS II

he new building for the headquarters of PRF Gas Solutions, S.A. is the result of the need for further expansion of the administrative, storage and workshop areas. 

The project involves the construction of a new building, aligned with the existing one and parallel to the main street, ensuring the functional and volumetric continuity of the building complex. 

The programme includes a large warehouse on the lower level, below street level, as well as an area for automation and, on the upper floor, administrative services. 

On this top floor, the services are organised around a large work area, complemented by a set of meeting rooms, a small cafeteria, secretarial services and the administration office. 

A double-height area connects the entrance floor to the upper floor, ensuring continuity with the existing building. 

The work area has around 40 workstations, organised into desks, integrating spaces for informal meetings and soundproof booths, promoting dynamic and flexible use of the space. 

The upper floors of the two buildings are connected by an enclosed gallery and an external walkway, consisting of a continuous balcony and a raised platform, ensuring fluid circulation and functional integration between the different spaces.
