AMPARO II. APARTMENT

The central element of this fully remodeled apartment is the kitchen, which includes a dining area. The renovation involved replacing all the flooring and all the water, electricity, and heating infrastructure, with special emphasis on thermal insulation and, above all, soundproofing. The latter was achieved through systems complemented by acoustic protection membranes throughout the apartment (floors, walls, and ceilings), as well as the installation of window frames with laminated glass with acoustic reduction film (acoustic PVB), designed to attenuate outside noise.
